Leopard Skull Acid Gold

The cast leopard skull is fashioned from brass and pays homage to the majesty of the animal kingdom. The patina on the object is accomplished by electroplating the brass substrate with 18k gold, and burning the metal to the point that it releases its impurities and self-colorizes.
