HOW WILL MY ITEMS SHIP?
Items in stock will ship within 3 business days via UPS or USPS. Shipping charges for art, accessories and textiles will be calculated upon checkout. For furniture, we offer white glove delivery in the Chicagoland area for a fee of $450, added to your order upon checkout. For furniture delivery elsewhere, including international orders, please contact us at contact@opamecollective.com to request a shipping quote.
DO YOU OFFER TRADE PRICING?
We offer a 20% trade discount on our products to qualified buyers in the design and architecture field.
CAN I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?
Yes! Please contact us directly for inquiries about our made-to-order furniture, rugs and objects. Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Goods will be ready to ship within the lead time specified. Lead times begin with receipt of payment and confirmed order details. Finished goods will ship when your order is paid in full. Email us with your name, location and item of interest at contact@opamecollective.com.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Due to the hand-made nature of our products, we are not able to accept returns. If you have any questions or would like additional product images prior to making a purchase, please contact us at contact@opamecollective.com. All items are carefully inspected and packaged for secure shipment. For items damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of receipt for a replacement. Opame Collective is not responsible for repair or replacement of damages reported after this time. All packaging must be retained by the receiver. failure to do so may invalidate a claim.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PRODUCT?
Opame Collective’s objects are artisanal and use natural materials. Objects in stone may vary in tone, veining, and cavities due to their natural origin. Pitting and patination on bronze and brass objects is an intentional characteristic. This is part of the inherent beauty of materials and is not considered a flaw.
Metal: our bronze and brass patinas are unlacquered. Dust gently with a duster or soft rag. Do not use metal cleaners as they will remove the patina.
Ceramic: for ceramic objects, dust gently with a duster or soft rag.
Stone: for products with stone, dust gently with a duster or soft rag.
Leather: for products with leather, dust gently with a duster or soft rag. Do not use cleaning solutions, as they will damage the product.
